California is about to implement required new abortion- and homosexuality classes
California is about to implement required new ‘abortion and homosexuality promoting’ sex education classes that motivate children as young as 6 to question their sexual orientation and gender identity, while teaching them how to utilize a range of vegetables as sex toys, and promoting anal sex as “typical”.
California enacted the California Healthy Youth Act in 2015, but only now are its controversial arrangements beginning to take effect in class.
Under the auspices of health, the law states it will equip trainees to establish “healthy mindsets” on “gender [and] sexual orientation,” to name a few things.
It also states it will inform trainees about the “efficiency and security of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods,” and assist in “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.”
RedState contributor Kira Davis, a resident of Orange County, California, cautions that among the mentor products approved for use under this law are a study guide for the transgender children’s book I Am Jazz, in addition to a “sexual health toolkit.”
Lifesite News reports: This “toolkit,” moneyed in part by the George Soros-connected Tides Center, provides kids pointers on using sex toys and anal lubricant.
It defines “anal sexual intercourse,” “phone sex,” and more as “common sexual behaviors.” It teaches that “abstaining” and “virginity” can suggest interesting in a range of sexes, however stopping short of sexual intercourse.
“What if you do not have time or loan to purchase sex toys?” the guide asks on page C-51. “Cucumbers, carrots, and bananas (with the peel) make terrific dildos. Just keep in mind to use a condom!”
A teacher shows how to utilize a strap-on dildo, part of the Common Core curriculum in many states.
It teaches that a person of the “cons” of avoiding all sex is that it “requires motivation, self-discipline and communication from both partners.”
The “toolkit” lists as resources Planned Parenthood and the drastically pro-homosexual and pro-abortion group Advocates for Youth.
The law also mandates that lessons and products “affirmatively recognize” varying sexual preferences, which they “be inclusive of same-sex relationships.”
The guideline should take a positive view of gender confusion, and explore “the harm of negative gender stereotypes.”
Davis notes that the California Healthy Youth Act specifically protects parents’ rights to “excuse their kids from participation” in sex education courses without penalty of any kind, due to the fact that “moms and dads and guardians have the supreme duty for imparting worths concerning human sexuality to their kids.”
The Orange County school district apparently analyzes this differently.
In a memo dated March 29 to the Orange County Board of Education, Orange County Department of Education general counsel Ronald Wenkart states that the law’s opt-out provision “does not apply to instruction, products, or programs that talks about gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual preference, discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, relationships, or family and does not talk about human reproductive organs.”
Parents who disagree with the state’s LGBT positions “might not excuse their kids from this direction,” Wenkart continues.
He then suggests that moms and dads still having the right to “advise their children that they disagree with” such lessons makes up for this limitation.
He also mentions judicial precedent to claim that “parents do not have a constitutional right to excuse their kids from portions of the school curriculum that they discover objectionable.”
Heidi St. John, an author and speaker who covers faith, motherhood, and homeschooling as The Busy Mom, forcefully spoke out Wednesday against the memo.
” The Orange County Department of Education feels it is their right to GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO DISAGREE WITH THEM,” she composed on Facebook. “These are our kids! They do not come from the schools.”
St. John advises California moms and dads to call their regional school boards and Democratic Assemblywoman Shirley Weber, the law’s author, and to pull their children out of schools that force LGBT lessons on children.
She likewise urges parents to participate in the Sex Ed Sit Out on April 23, an event spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia in which moms and dads pull their children from school for the day in demonstration of extreme sex education programs.
RedState’s Davis has similar guidance.
“Make sound. Lots and lots and great deals of sound,” she composes. “When [legislators’] constituents get cranky, they take note … and so few individuals actually call and compose any longer that just a few hundred voices go a long method to making your agent and guv hesitate about proceeding with something that appears unpopular.”
Davis also stresses that moms and dads who pull their kids out make sure the school does not tape-record it as an excused absence.
” The reason your public school needs you contact us to excuse a kid’s lack is due to the fact that they lose state and federal dollars on every unexcused absence,” she writes.
” If you truly wish to make an impact, hit them where it injures.”
