Trump’s adviser working to end the criminal practice on a globals scale
Human trafficking is big business for criminals groups, especially when they have access to open borders, making it a thriving industry generating $290 million per year in revenue.
President Trump’s adviser and daughter Ivanka has repeatedly vowed to put an end to sex trafficking, working to end the criminal practice on a globals scale.
Working tirelessly with stakeholders, including members of Congress, survivors, and Donald Trump’s Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (PITF), Ivanka has become a beacon of hope for victims.

The combined efforts of the PITF and the Trump administration have implemented a series of new laws to combat online sex traffickers and criminal organizations.
Holding a meeting with the White House with lawmakers and survivors of human trafficking, Ivanka has worked hard on legislation to curb online sex trafficking, which was recently passed by Congress and signed into law by the President.
The Trump administration has also doubled down on efforts prosecute domestic human traffickers.
In 2018, 500 human traffickers were convicted by the Department of Justice, while dismantling 42 groups involved in child sex trafficking and assisting 8,000 survivors of modern-day slavery.
At the United Nations General Assembly, Ivanka Trump announced the Trump administrations allocation of $25 million to the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery.
“Human trafficking, forced labor, and modern slavery splinters families, distorts global markets, undermines the rule of law, strengthens transnational organized criminal networks and threatens national security everywhere,” Trump said at the U.N.
“You can’t learn the story of someone who’s been trafficked, you can’t hear from a survivor and not be deep, personally impacted,” Trump said in a video released by the White House.
“I am proud of the work we’re doing, and I’m proud of all the partners we’re engaged with internationally to end this tremendous scourge and to win the fight against modern-day slavery.”
Very few mainstream media outlets take note of Trump’s efforts and her work with anti-trafficking groups.
Only today, the County Sheriff’s Office announced the success of a significant undercover Human Trafficking operation this week, that saw 104 people arrested in Florida.
Detectives led a six-day Human Trafficking sting from November 27 to December 2.
Let hope there is more to come.
