Avenatti Reveals 3rd Accuser Claiming Kavanaugh Took Part in ‘Gang Rapes’

Porn lawyer represents Julie Swetnick who claims she witnessed ‘drugging,’ offers no proof

In what appears to be the latest stage in a strategically timed attack against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, porn lawyer Michael Avenatti has revealed fresh claims from a third woman to make accusations of sexual assault against the Supreme Court nominee.

Stormy Daniels’ attorney announced on Wednesday that he is representing a new accuser, Julie Swetnick, who has mysteriously emerged with allegations that she was “gang-raped” in the 1980s by Kavanaugh and Mike Judge.

Swetnick says she was raped Kavanaugh and Judge at a party and also witnessed them drug and rape other women at parties around the same period.

Avenatti published a statement on Twitter with the allegations, but failed to explain why Swetnick kept the information to herself for over 30 years or why she has never reported the crimes to the police before now.

According to The Daily Wire, in a sworn statement posted to Twitter, Swetnick, a former Federal employee, claims that Kavanaugh and Judge were regular guests of house parties in and around the Washington, D.C., area in the early 1980s and that the pair was “joined at the hip.”

Swetnick claims to have frequented some of these house parties, and to have witnessed Judge and Kavanaugh “drinking excessively” and being “aggressive” towards female party attendees.

She is accusing Kavanaugh of being “demeaning” towards women, and of being a “mean drunk.”

Although she does not accuse Kavanaugh of sexual assault specifically, Swetnick calls Kavanaugh’s claims of being a virgin during high school and college a “lie” and says that Kavanaugh and others would “spike the punch” at parties with “Quaaludes” so they could “gang rape” women in a side bedroom.

She claims Kavanaugh and his friends would create a “train” and sexually assault women in groups.

Swetnick says she became the victim of one of these so-called “gang rape trains” at a party where Kavanaugh and Judge were “present,” potentially implying that Kavanaugh and Judge operated a sophisticated gang-rape ring when the pair were only 15.

Avenatti, in his original interviews on the subject, said he had proof that Kavanaugh had participated in these “gang rape trains,” but clearly, that doesn’t appear to be the case.
