Pope Francis: Dignity of Migrants a Priority Over Security of Citizens

The Pontiff seized the opportunity to push the globalist agenda in St Peter’s Square

As Pope Francis finished praying the Angelus before thousands of fans in St Peter’s Square on Sunday, the Pontiff seized the opportunity to push the globalist agenda on behalf of migrants crossing the Mediterranean Sea and flooding into Europe.

After Francis recited the Angelus at noon on Sunday in front of thousands of fans, he quickly changed subject to make an appeal regarding the “the shipwreck of boats laden with migrants in the waters of the Mediterranean” recently reported in the news.

“I express my pain before this tragedy,” he said.

He then assured his thoughts for the migrants.

According to Vatican news: He concluded directing a strong appeal to the international community asking them to “act decisively and immediately so that similar tragedies might be avoided and to guarantee the safety, respect for human rights, and the dignity” of all those involved.

Pope Francis says being motivated by fear of immigrants is a sin

According to Cruxnow: Speaking directly to those groups, Francis said on Sunday, “This year, I wanted to celebrate the World Day of Migrants and Refugees with a Mass that invites and welcomes you especially who are migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.”

“Some of you have recently arrived in Italy,” the pope said, “others are long-term residents and work here, and still others make up the so-called ‘second generation’,” calling for an attitude of “welcoming, knowing and acknowledging” the other.

Ignoring national security

Pope Francis has called on migrants to flood the United States and other Western nations whilst urging world leaders to “forget about national security” concerns as immigrant’s needs are “more important” than borders

.The head of the Catholic Church is calling on political leaders to drop their country’s current screening and deportation policies and give precedence to migrant’s requirements over the safety of their legal citizens.

The pope has also demanded an end to detention centers for those who cross the border illegally, and for refugees to instead be offered long-term homes to show “solidity” and “equality.”
