Hollywood’s Trump bashing reaches saturation point
Hollywood never seems to tire of Trump bashing and acclaimed actor Robert De Niro is no exception, slamming the President again as a “New Yorker that I’d never want to meet” in a CNN interview Monday.
De Niro is known to take opportunities like lavish award ceremonies as an excuse to bash Trump.
“In my lifetime, I never thought… We’ve seen horrible things over the years, but this is one of the worst that I have ever seen and ever thought I would see. But it’s real,” De Niro said.
Even CNN anchor Hala Gorani asked De Niro why he was repeatedly critical in a public way about Trump
De Niro said Trump is “a New Yorker I would never want to meet — and now he’s president.”
“I know what kind of person this guy is,” he added.
D Niro said he wishes to look back on his Trump criticisms and say “at least I lived to see the time that this would all pass,” characterizing Trump’s tenure in office as “a nightmare you remember.”
Robert De Niro, a very Low IQ individual, has received too many shots to the head by real boxers in movies. I watched him last night and truly believe he may be “punch-drunk.” I guess he doesn’t…

Last month, De Niro took another chance at a star-studded Hollywood award ceremony to denounce President Donald Trump.
While De Niro gave Billy Crystal with the Friars Club’s entertainment icon award on Monday night in New York City, the star first shouted, “F— Crystal!” as a wink to his objection of Trump at the Tony Awards earlier this year.“
I just get so upset with that jerkoff in the White House,” he said, drawing boos from the crowd.
“Boo is right! Down with this motherf—er!”
Though the “Raging Bull” star humorously suggested Crystal should be president instead “We’ve got a dangerous buffoon-in-chief. What we need is a heroic comedian-in-chief.”
