Transgender Customer Attacks GameStop Employee After Being Called ‘Sir’

Gender ‘neutral’ debate ignited following a confrontation

A transgender woman threatened a GameStop employee in New Mexico after he referred the biological male as “sir.”

The intense confrontation was captured on video by a fellow customer before being posted to Facebook and going viral.

In the video, the male GameStop clerk is threatened by the trans individual after he offered store credit instead of a refund.

“I don’t want credit, you’re going to give me my f***ing money back,” the Trans customer screams.

The situation becomes more intense as obscene language is taken issue by a woman in the shop.

“Excuse me, sir, there’s a young man in here — you need to watch your mouth,” she advises calmly.

Making the situation worse, the transgender person doesn’t take to kindly to being called ‘Sir’ and replies “Excuse me — it is ma’am! It is ma’am!”

“I’m sorry. I can call the police if you’d like me to. You need to settle down,” the woman replies, keeping calm.

“You need to settle down!” the enraged customer screams back at her, pointing at her face. “You need to settle down and mind your business!”

The trans person then turns back to to the clerk: “Ma’am! Once again: ma’am!”

“I said, ‘both of you,’” disputes the GameStop employee.

“No, you said, ‘sir’; once again, it’s ma’am!” the trans person screams in response, before threatening to fight him.

“Mother f***er! Take it outside! You wanna call me ‘sir’ again? I will show you a f***ing sir!”

As the trans person kicks downs products in the store while marching towards the exit.

“I need your corporate number!” he screams from the back of the store, warning about being “misgendered several times in the store” and demanding, “I need your corporate number now! Get it for me, now!”

“Calm down and stop cussing,” the employee advises.

“I’m gonna ask you for the fifth time to stop calling me a man, because, quite clearly, I am not!” the customer says.

“I’m sorry for that, ma’am; I will get you that number. … I’m asking you to stop cussing,” the employee returns.

“I’m not cussing,” responds the trans person,

Mumbling muffled cuss words, the customer challenges the employee of “disrespecting trans people.”

“I plan on telling the entire LGBTQ community,” he tells the employee.

“You’re going to lose money over this.”
