No matter how rough things get, you must remember always to keep going.
You may be feeling pretty upset today, and because a few of the things didn’t go exactly how you planned, you began to think that whatever is breaking down and you cannot do anything about it.
You’re probably blaming yourself because you think you’re not excellent enough.
You believe you’re a mess and there ain’t any development in your life.
You’re too hard on yourself, so let me stop you there.
When these contrary ideas take over, I urge you to try breathing and relaxing.
Close your eyes and talk to the Lord.
Remember your biggest accomplishment.
Those unforgettable moments you’ve shown your buddies, your household.
Reminisce about those days and believe that life is not always about the hard times.
You are more than your bad days, honey.
You are more than your errors.
You are more than the voice in the back of your mind telling you that you won’t make it.
Since the fact is, YOU CAN and YOU WILL.
You might have failed in the past, but that does not suggest you’ll fail permanently.
Failure merely implies there’s something to be found out.
Something to enhance, and something that advises you to take another shot to attempt it all once again.
Simply keep going.
The universe may not always be on your side.
It can be appealing to give up when times get hard, but as long as the Lord is giving you the chance to wake up every early morning, you have to push yourself and keep going.
You have to discover ways to break whatever barriers are placed in your way.
There’s no easy way out, so be patient.
Defend your objectives and let your dreams end up being your reality.
Please understand that things will improve.
Yes, it will.
And this is not wishful thinking, however, but instead a warranty.
As the Lord will strengthen you and will continuously direct you on the best course.
This is just a test.
You may be having a hard time today, however, at some point, it will all make sense.
Never stop believing.
You have come this far.
Isn’t it reasonable to acknowledge your strength as a little token on your own?
Why not take pride in your fight scars and see it as a mark of guts to elevate?
Keep in mind that every single day, you’re only getting better and more powerful.
Think for yourself.
Simply by reading this post suggests you’re trying.
You’re attempting to find out how you can stay up to date with life, and trying is an indication that you are brave enough.
Don’t let negative attitude or stress and anxiety plays against you.
Don’t think in them, just believe in yourself.
You are one step closer to success, and you understand what it takes for you to get there.
Just hold on and keep going.
Someday, you’ll be appreciative of the rough beginnings.
You have what it takes to keep going.
Keep Going by Raising Your Positive Energy:
1. Become conscious of your thoughts.
There is a well-known saying that goes, “Thoughts become things. Choose the good ones.”
Every single idea that enters your head affects you.
When you change those ideas and think confident, happy, sparkly thoughts, they become things too.
Raising your positive energy won’t happen overnight– or possibly it will.
We’re all various.
Start with the one-pound positivity thought weight and construct from there.
When a negative thought enters your head, thank it for showing up and dismiss it.
The more you do this; the more favorable thinking will end up being natural.
Come up with some affirmations and place them in areas where you’ll see them and read them throughout the day.
Post them on your restroom mirror, on the refrigerator, or on the dashboard of your cars and truck.
Every time you see one, read it in your head or aloud at least three times.
2. Practice meditation regularly.
Even if you only have one minute, take time to be silent.
Practicing meditation is a time when you get in touch with higher power and your instinct.
I used to have the hardest time practicing meditation.
I had a problem sitting still and clearing my mind, which meant I needed it more than ever, so I made the practice a top priority.
It does not matter how you do it or for how long you do it; all that matters is that you do it.
3. Become conscious of the foods you eat.
Some foods vibrate low, and some vibrate high.
If you take in food consisting of pesticides, it will leave you feeling weaker.
So will artificial, chemicalized processed foods.
The right, high-vibrational foods are organic fruits, veggies, nuts, soy, and virgin olive oil.
On the low vibrational list are flour-based cereals, dairy, and sugars.
This is not always real for everyone.
Truly focusing on how you feel immediately after eating something and how you feel 2 hours after consuming something is the real test.
Start taking note.
4. Reduce drug and alcohol consumption or cut it out of your life completely.
Alcohol and practically all synthetic drugs vibrate low.
Besides the real compounds vibrating low, you may discover yourself hanging out with people who vibrate low too.
They also do drugs, are searching for drugs, socialize with individuals who offer drugs or are pushing you into doing more drugs.
Numerous people consume and did drugs a lot only since they don’t wish to lose out on “all the fun.”
It might look like enjoyable at initially, however, after a while, it causes you to begin vibrating at an extremely radio frequency.
5. Become conscious of what music is telling you.
Lyrics of hate, pain, violence, drama, and fear send out messages to your subconscious.
To attract love, pay attention to songs about genuine, passionate, lasting love.
If it’s peace you long for, pay attention to music about peace and relaxation.
If you wish to get drunk, crash your vehicle, get cheated on by your sweetheart, and get in a fight, listen to country music. (I’m generalizing… but you get the idea).
6. Focus on your home environment.
You’re in your home a lot, which will impact your vibration.
Prayers, paintings, pictures, crystals, statues, rocks, mantras, books, publication, flowers, plants, the colors on the wall, and even the way your furnishings are organized all create energy.
Get your house high on positive energy by getting your feng shui on!
7. Reduce the amount of low-vibrational television you watch.
Lots of programs on TELEVISION are violent dramas based on the real world.
It’s a constant stream of negative energy brought directly to your home.
On top of that, some commercials have you thinking you need tablets to fix your issues and that you have to purchase expensive fashion jewelry to reveal somebody you love them. You do not!
8. Be aware of the vibrational levels of your acquaintances, friends, and extended family.
You can raise your positive energy levels by hanging out with people who vibrate highly.
Opt to surround yourself with individuals who are empowering, have the same morals as you, and see what does it cost?
Your friends are a reflection of you, and given that you are undoubtedly amazing, your good friends must be as remarkable.
When times get tough, real friends will hep you to keep going.
9. Practice random acts of kindness; expect nothing in return.
Provide some comfort to someone less fortunate than you, so they can keep going.
Donate to a cause you believe in.
Pay for the toll of the individual behind you on the parkway.
Send out a thoughtful gift to someone you haven’t talked to in years.
Donate clothes to a shelter.
Choose up a piece of garbage and toss it away.
Don’t do it for the thank you and do not anticipate one.
Do it out of the pure kindness of your heart.
10. Practice compassion and forgiveness.
Flexible and having compassion for someone who hurt you may be the hardest thing for you to do on this list, however it’s one of the most essential.
You are no longer the victim, and your abuser holds none of your power.
Ideas of vengeance are low vibrational while ideas of forgiveness are high.
Just by thinking thoughts of forgiveness about somebody in your past without taking any action will raise your vibration.
You will have everything you need to keep going.
